Mission The College aims to prepare its graduates for working on the rapidly developing market of educational and social services. We want our students to acquire skills that will help them to meet the requirements created by Poland's reformed educational and health systems. We teach them subject knowledge that allows them to plan and organize their work, evaluate critically their own teaching and its results, cooperate with other people responsible for educating and upbringing, gain hands-on experience of how real schools and other educational institutions work, as well as to understand their duties as teachers and the importance of professional development. In order to carry out these tasks, we only employ carefully selected teaching staff including:
The remaining teaching staff members are Masters of Arts/Science, most of them having wide experience both in teaching and their specialities. The College intends to become a vocational university. The procedures are currently under way. Once the transformation is complete, the school will function in cooperation with the current supervising universities. We also plan to open new specialities so as to make our educational offer even more attractive and diversified.
